many things keep me sane..mostly my family and friends..but also cooking and eating, sleeping and reading..gardening and riding - not so much falling off and getting stood on ..but staying on and the view through the ears on a good day..
This is for the days I feel like raving on and have talked everyones' ear off already ..or they're out of the room..welcome.....
